We have found IntegralCareer invaluable to coach us though a period of massive technological change. As the CTO, even I was educated about the macro Future of Work trends they covered, and learned how to infuse the whole team with enthusiasm about innovation and the future. I also really appreciated support thinking about my key direct reports, their innate skills and traits and how I could design roles to draw out their best performance and creativity. Lastly, I learned so much about myself as a leader: how my style has affected others based on the feedback I have had, with some practical tips about how to change patterns and embrace my own version of leadership.
