Harvard Business School’s Project on Managing the Future of Work pursues research that business and policy leaders can put into action to navigate this complex landscape. The Project’s current research areas focus on six forces that are redefining the nature of work in the United States as well as in many other advanced and emerging economies.
The project is co-chaired by faculty members Professor Joseph Fuller (Professor of Management Practice) and Professor William R. Kerr. ( Dimitri V. D’Arbeloff – MBA Class of 1955 Professor of Business Administration).
Since May 2018, The Managing the Future of Work team have been providing a podcast on relevant future of work topics, and since April 2020, have been focussing on how Covid is affecting The Future of Work.
